<p>先日、我が家でも手打ちうどんをやりました。<br />
作って楽しい、食べて美味しい、そんな<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">失敗知らずの手打ちうどん</span></strong>を紹介します。</p>

・水　135㏄<br />
・片栗粉（打ち粉）　適量</p>

<p>1.水に塩を溶かす。<br />
かなりしょっぱいですが、全く問題ありません。</p>

4.塩水を入れ終わったら、ひとまとめにする。</p>

ぼそぼそしてると思いますが、全く問題ありません。</p>
<p>5.ひとまとめにした生地を、ビニール袋（スーパーの袋）に入れて、15分寝かせる。</p>

このあとビニール袋のまま足ふみするので、ビニール袋は、厚手の物をおすすめします。<br />
6.15分経ったら、ビニール袋を新聞紙の間に挟み、足で踏みます。</p>

7.薄く伸びたら、新聞紙から取り出し、ビニールの中で生地を折りたたむ感じで小さくし、再度踏みます。</p>

この作業を20分ほど繰り返します。<br />
8.2時間寝かせます。</p>

10.生地をビニール袋から取り出し、麺棒で生地を薄く伸ばします。<br />
この時、打ち粉をたっぷり使いましょう。</p>

少し細いかな？と思うぐらいで、調度いい感じになります。</p>

切った生地（麺）全体に打ち粉が行きわたる様にしておきましょう。<br />
打ち粉が行きわたらず、そのままにしておくと、麺がくっついてしまい、離そうとすると伸びてしまいます。</p>

13.何本かの束にして、並べられたら麺の完成です。</p>

14.たっぷりのお湯でゆでます。<br />
麺の太さや、硬さの好みによって、ゆで時間が多少違いますが、目安は10分程度です。<br />
麺の硬さを確認しながらざるにあげましょう。<br />
ゆでた後、水で洗う（しめる）と少し硬くなりますので、好みの硬さより少し柔らかめにゆでるといいです。</p>

<p>我が家では、5歳になる娘にも包丁で切る作業をやらせています。<br />
3歳になる娘は、私と一緒にやらせています。</p>
<p>小学生になる前の子に包丁？まだ早いのでは？と思う方もいるかもしれません。<br />
でも、<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">包丁の扱いは早い方が覚えがいい</span></strong>です。<br />
同時に包丁は、人に向けてはいけない、使い方を間違えると自分の指をも切ってしまう、という勉強にもなります。</p>
<p>とはいえ、まだ5歳です。<br />
野菜の乱切り程度しかできない子に繊細なうどんを切らせたら、「きしめん」どころか「ほうとう」です。<br />
でも、食べる時に「これ私が切ったのだー！」とか「このうどんは太すぎるよね！」なんて<strong><span style="color: #ff0000;">会話が弾む事間違いありません</span></strong>。</p>
